What is important is that the one on offer is a 1st edition, printed in 1967 and still in mint condition. Same as the precious one I have bought in Skukuza on 11 September 1967, the price R2.90.

The book name is "Memories of a Game Ranger" not "Memoirs of a Game Ranger".

Porridge I hope you are successful.

I won it, gml

$30 or about R320, and I think that is dirt cheap. I've paid, and now I have to wait for it to get to me from Cape Town. I am dead chuffed!!

I am really pleased for you.

This is a treasure, much like the Stevenson Hamilton books of which I have a few. Enjoy just having it and proudly displaying it.
